[hylafax-users] Printing received pagechopped faxes

tiff2ps -a -w 8.00 -h 11.50 $FILE_FAX | \
gs -q -sDEVICE=ljet4 -dNOPAUSE -dSAFER=true -sPAPERSIZE=a4 \
-dFIXEDMEDIA -sOutputFile=- - | \
lpr -l -J "$job_name" -P $PRINTER
-w and -h are set to somehow "fit to page" (they are not perfect a4 sizes).

enlarged vertically with an ugly effect.
Is there a trick to avoid this?
Even if I check every page in the tiff with tiffinfo to see where the
pagechop is, how do I tell tiff2ps to use forced -w -h for all pages but for
