Actually, I think it was cqtest. But it seems also to only
leave the 8 bytes of what looks to be enough for Un*x file(1) to
say its a tiff.
Any other ideas how to rescue it?
At this point I suspect that the only way to fix it (if it actually
contains any valid image data) is to (with guru TIFF and T.4/T.6 skill
in-hand) hand-edit the file to correct whatever the error is.
