Here's a link to the Accura documentation;
Your product serial number will tell you whether this is an Agere or Lucent
If you have no luck finding what you need then I'd suggest that you contact
Zoom support.... I'm pretty certain however, that the documentation won't
tell you whether this model will support NZ Caller ID.

I am unable to locate any useful information on the Zoom site.
This modem is a early 56k model - k56flex.
