[hylafax-users] Landscape vs Portrait

I am trying to understand what happen when I send a A4 landscape doc to server!

I send the same A4 landscape doc:

A) via Winprint HylaFAX

Good: Hylafax (or gs?) rotate it and remote fax acept it!

B) via email with an attachment .pdf (create with PDFCreator)

Wrong: server don't rotate it and remote reject the fax!

on log, I found:

Client does not support document page width, max remote
page width 2432 pixels, image width 2445 pixels

...I have modified two script hylafax bin directory, pdf2fax.gs and ps2fax.gs, for send on syslog the value of some variable ones; both script send the same value:

PS2FAX: width=1728 length=297 paper=a4 hres=209.10 vres=196
PDF2FAX: width=1728 length=297 paper=a4 hres=209.10 vres=196

Why? Why ghostscript rotate only the .ps transmitted via Winprint HylaFAX and don't rotate the pdf transmitted via e-mail; it is different???

Possible that the difference is tied to the header sendes?

If I read the .ps file then I look at these header:

%%BoundingBox: (atend)
%%Pages: (atend)
%%Orientation: Landscape
%%PageOrder: Special
%%DocumentNeededResources: (atend)
%%DocumentSuppliedResources: (atend)
%%DocumentData: Clean7Bit
%%TargetDevice: (LaserWriter 12/640 PS) (2015.105) 1
%%LanguageLevel: 2

%%PageBoundingBox: 10 11 585 831
%%ViewingOrientation: 0 1 -1 0

...on pdf file no extra info. I try pdfinfo and obtain this:

Producer: ESP Ghostscript 815.04
Tagged: no
Pages: 1
Encrypted: no
Page size: 595 x 842 pts (A4)

ArtBox: 0.00 0.00 595.00 842.00
File size: 2217 bytes

PDF version: 1.2

How simplifying the life to the customers and making auto-rotate also landscape that customers send to via the server fax via e-mail??
