Truthfully, you don't.
That said, you may be able to find an S-register for your modem that
_may_ deal with this... but you may not. The 2dB is not likely to be
the reason why the quality is poor.
Show us some session logs... let's see where we go from there.
I have sent it to a fax diagnostic number (1300 368 999 - run by
telstra in australia) and the report i got back stated that i needed
to adjust my Transmission level to between -15.0dBm to -17.0 dBm
How do i change these settings in hylafax?
